£1,500. Flight and hotel, all in.

Set what the whole trip is worth to you. We price the flights and the hotel together and show you what fits under that number - not a fare here and a room there for you to add up yourself.

Why we start with the total

Why the budget comes first, not last

You already know what this trip is worth to you. You knew it before you opened the tab.

Everywhere else, the total is the last thing you find out. You price a flight, then a room, then the bag, then the tax - and the real number only shows up once you've talked yourself into it.

We turn that around. Tell us where you're going and what you're willing to spend on the whole thing, and we search flights and hotels together, keeping the pair under your number. What doesn't fit isn't shown.

You set the ceiling. We do the arithmetic.

How it works

Four steps, start to boarding pass

  1. 1

    Name your number

Where you're flying from and where you're going, roughly when, how many of you - and what the whole trip is worth. That last figure is a ceiling, not a starting point: it covers the flights and the hotel for everyone travelling, and we keep the pair under it.

  2. 2

See the trip, not the parts

We search live and come back with complete trips: return flights and a real hotel room, priced together and sorted cheapest first. Every result already sits under your total, so there is nothing to add up at the end and nothing waiting for you on the last screen.

Only need one half? Search flights or hotels on their own.

  3. 3

    Make it yours

Choose your fare, your room, your board. Add the checked bag, the seat by the window, the meal, priority boarding - or add none of it. Every extra shows what it does to your total the moment you tick it. The number at checkout is the number you built.

  4. 4

    Pay once, then go

A single card payment covers all of it, and our payment provider handles the money - your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers. Your airline booking reference and your hotel confirmation appear in your account as soon as each part is confirmed, ready on your phone at the gate or at the front desk.

The price you see

What it covers, what it doesn't, and why it moves

In your price

  • Return flights, taxes and mandatory charges included
  • Your hotel room for every night, board basis exactly as shown
  • Everything you added - bags, seats, meals, priority, travel insurance if you took it

Not in your price, and we'll say so before you pay

  • Local taxes and resort fees a few hotels collect at check-in - where the supplier gives us the amount, it's on the room
  • Airport transfers
  • Visas and vaccinations

That's the whole list. If it isn't here, it isn't coming.

One more thing about that price: it moves.

Because it's real. We don't keep a warehouse of old prices to lure you in - every search goes out to the airline and the hotel supplier that will actually take your booking. Run the same search twice in a row and you may get the answer we just fetched; leave it a while and the numbers move, sometimes in your favour.

Two things quietly change hotel rates everywhere, and most sites won't mention either: your country of residence, and the currency you're booking in. Suppliers publish different rates for different countries. We show you yours.

The trade-off is honest: a real price that changes, instead of a comfortable one that isn't true.

Cancellation terms you read before you book

What you can undo, and what you can't

Every room carries its own terms: free cancellation until a stated date and time, or non-refundable. You'll find them on the room while you're choosing it, in plain words rather than buried in a PDF you'll never open.

Flights follow airline fare rules. The flexible fares can usually be changed for a fee. The cheapest ones often can't be changed at all - and we'd rather you knew that while you're choosing than after you've paid.

Need to cancel? Open the booking in your account, hit Cancel, and we'll handle it with the airline or hotel. Where a refund is due, it goes back to the card you paid with within 3-5 business days.

Booked a flight and hotel together and only one part can be cancelled? We'll tell you exactly what comes back before anything is confirmed.

Questions people actually ask

The ones that come up before every booking

It's the total for the trip - everyone's flights and the room, all in. Set how many of you are travelling and we'll show what that works out to each.

Straight about what we are

Who takes the booking, and whose rules apply

Excursify is a travel agent, not an airline and not a hotel chain. We search, compare and book on your behalf - which is why you get the airline's own booking reference and the hotel's own confirmation number, and why their rules travel with your trip.

Some sites blur that line. We'd rather you knew whose terms you're agreeing to.

Something's wrong, or you just want a human? [email protected] - quote your booking reference and someone picks it up.

One number is all we need.

You've already decided what this trip is worth. Let's see what fits under it.
